Most of the company's products are manufactured by local contract manufacturing partners in Santa Clara County, California, allowing the company to focus its resources on R&D and technology development instead of manufacturing infrastructure. Having local manufacturing within a few minutes' drive offers the company the same control and flexibility as its own manufacturing facilities without the overhead costs. This has enabled Pragmatic to provide very high-quality products at a very affordable cost compared to its competition.

QED was founded in 1973 by Bob Abraham and Ian Vine and is considered the original specialist cable brand, having revolutionized the hi-fi industry with the introduction of the QED 79 Strand speaker cable in the mid-1970s. This product demonstrated that cables were not merely accessories but essential components influencing audio performance. QED has since maintained its position as a technological leader through extensive scientific research, computer-aided design, and ongoing innovation, leading to many award-winning products across various audio and video formats.

We design, engineer, and build all our loudspeakers in the UK. Every Spendor loudspeaker is assembled at our production facility in South Yorkshire, with components and cabinets all refined through our own in-house R&D program. Lake People established the Violectric brand in 2009 to offer specialist equipment for the hi-fi market. Its goal: to offer music lovers with high standards in sound quality and design aesthetics the chance to enjoy the outstanding quality of audio circuitry engineered for the Lake People brand. The architect behind these two brands is Fried Reim. All Violectric products are driven by real-world advances in electronics design rather than fantastical, esoteric marketing promises. “Our products are aimed at pragmatists,” he says. This approach is reflected in the aesthetics of the Violectric range and its simple yet elegant design.

US-based Seymour AV and UK-based Screen Excellence—both industry leaders in acoustically transparent woven fabric projection screens—founded a joint venture that combines the best of each company's technology platforms, namely Seymour AV's patented electric retractable screens and Screen Excellence's fixed-frame, in-ceiling, and masking screens. Called Seymour-Screen Excellence (SSE), the brand exclusively serves high-end custom installers and specialty AV retailers in the US and Canada.

Starke Sound is an audio equipment company focused on multi-channel movie and music reproduction in the home. We pursue the best sound quality from family room to private theater.
